Fenam Forte 500 mg tablets contain mefenamic acid, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for short-term management of mild to moderate pain, menstrual cramps, headache, toothache, and joint pain. It works by reducing inflammation and pain.

• Dosage: Generally, one tablet (500 mg) taken two to four times a day, often advised to be taken with or after food.
