Combivent Unit Dose Vials (UDVs) contain a clear liquid with ipratropium bromide and salbutamol, used in a nebulizer to open airways for COPD, providing relief for 4-6 hours, typically 1 vial 3-4 times daily, or as needed for acute attacks, always following doctor’s orders, not mixing with other drugs, and discarding leftovers. 

• Relaxes and opens the air passages in your lungs, making it easier to breathe.
• Starts working quickly (around 15 mins) and lasts 4-6 hours. 

1. Prepare: Open the foil pouch, tear one vial, and twist the top to open.
2. Nebulize: Squeeze the liquid into the nebulizer reservoir (no dilution needed).
3. Breathe: Use with a nebulizer (mask or mouthpiece) and breathe deeply and evenly until empty (5-15 mins).
4. After Use: Discard any leftover liquid and clean your nebulizer.
