Gastrex Tablet contains simethicone as an active ingredient for the relieve of gas pain & bloating. It is often used for swelling in the abdomen, painful pressure, and hiccups. This product can also work to provide symptomatic treatment of acute non-specific diarrhea and provide symptomatic treatment of chronic diarrhea.
- Dosage: Typically taken after meals and at bedtime. Adults may use 40 to 125 mg up to four times daily as needed, often not exceeding 500 mg daily, though this should be verified with a pharmacist.
