It acts by relaxing skeletal muscles and vascular smooth muscles to improve circulation. 

• Common Uses: Relief of muscle stiffness and spasm, painful neck/shoulder conditions, and spastic paralysis due to neurological diseases.
• Dosage: The usual adult dosage is three tablets (150mg) daily, taken after meals.
