GLENCET 5mg tablets belongs to a class of drugs called antihistamine or anti-allergic. It contains levocetirizine used to relieve allergic symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, itching, and hives (urticaria) by blocking histamine. It is a prescription-only medication, often taken once daily, primarily used for allergic rhinitis and skin allergies. Common side effects include drowsiness, dry mouth, and headache.
