1. Prepare: Gently blow the child’s nose and shake the bottle if instructed.
2. Position: Tilt the head forward slightly and close one nostril.
3. Apply: Insert the tip into the other nostril, pointing slightly towards the back/outer side (like aiming for the top of the ear).
4. Spray: Press the pump as the child breathes in slowly.
5. Repeat: Do the same for the other nostril if needed.
6. Aftercare: Avoid blowing the nose for a few minutes.
